New Healthcare Professionals will need to provide a valid copy of their license via fax or mail before ordering professional products. More information may be required on a case to case basis.
We may also collect referral information which our users divulge about other people usually from other Healthcare Professionals. Enzymes, Inc. does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Enzymes, Inc. to track usage patterns, store shopping cart information and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do not have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Enzymes, Inc. protects user information with the following security measures: Firewall, SSL encryption, credit card encryption and limited data access.
Enzymes, Inc. will issue a credit or refund for any item(s) returned within 45 days of the invoice date. For a return authorization, please call 1-800-637-7893 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (CT). All returned product must be in its original condition. No credit or refund will be issued for product returned after 45 days.
